We are pleased to assist those who have purchased their machines at other dealers, however, any warranty repairs must be returned to the dealership where you purchased your machine. If unable to do so, we have an hourly service charge to complete any warranty work for machines purchased at other dealerships.
Approximate Service Charges (excluding parts) for Machine Services (These fees may vary dependent upon service/repair work required.):
If your machine has an issue and you would like an estimate on the cost of fixing your machine, we also offer a free quote service, so that you can then make the choice to fix or not.
Approximately 5 working days (slightly longer in peak times), so please allow at least one week for your machine to be completed.
Priority service fee: If you would like your machine serviced within 1 working day, a priority service fee of $75.00 will apply. This service is by pre-booking only and must be arranged prior to booking in your machine at the store.
To book your machine in for a service or repair, just bring your machine to the store and please bring the following items with your details clearly marked on them where possible:
All other accessories are not required unless you are having issues with them.
We can book your machine in at any time during office hours and we will contact you once your repair/service is completed by SMS or by telephone.
We do have a facility for customers travelling to Brisbane to book their machine in for a same day service. Drop off in the morning and pick up in the afternoon. This is a limited service only for clients who have purchased their machine from our store from outside the Brisbane Metro area. Please contact us for further details.
