Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Australian addresses only.
Order Processing Times

In-stock items (excluding Machines): Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Sewing, Quilting & Embroidery Machines: These products are not held in-store and will be shipped once they arrive from our supplier’s warehouse. These items have an estimated lead time of up to 10 business days before dispatch.
- Special order / supplier items: Some products are not held in-store and will be shipped once they arrive from our supplier’s warehouse. These items have an estimated lead time of up to 10 business days before dispatch.
If your order contains a mix of in-stock and supplier items, the order may be held and shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.
Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier used. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Supplier & Backordered Items
Some items are ordered directly from our suppliers. These products:

Have a lead time of up to 10 business days before they are dispatched to you
We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays beyond this timeframe.
Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
We aim to dispatch all orders within the timeframes stated. However, delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if goods are not delivered within a reasonable time. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as practicable to discuss available options, including a revised delivery timeframe, replacement, or refund where applicable.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

Natural events or circumstances beyond our control
Damaged or Missing Items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the issue, this may include repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
We may request photographs or additional information to assist with processing your claim.
